If you’ve forgotten the password for your HotCopper member account and want to recover it, you must have access to the email account you used to register with HotCopper.
1) Navigate to hotcopper.com.au > Select the 'Sign in and Register' button > Select the 'Forgot your password?' link
2) Enter your username or email address > Select the 'Reset password' button > An email will be sent to your registered email address
3) Open the email > Select the 'Reset your password' button. A web browser will open > A second email will be sent to you with a new password
4) Open the second email > Navigate to hotcopper.com.au > Login using the new password that was sent to you and update your password in your Account Settings at the top right of the page.
